While the window for General Committee nominations is open (deadline is Sunday 29 March 2026, 23:59pm), this is a draft agenda. An updated agenda with all nominations will be published by end of Tuesday, 31st March. Please check back after this date for an updated / finalised version of the agenda.
The AGM will be hosted by the Ashford District at St Mildred, Church Road, Tenterden TN30 6AT, and details of the day – including the service at 12 noon, parking and ringing routes – are available in the brochure, also available at the same location.

Nominations
Nominations can be made via a simple online form; alternatively please download the nomination form and send it to the General Secretary. Make sure nominations are submitted by the deadline (Sunday, 29 March). You are very welcome to nominate a fellow member whom you think would be a good fit for a committee role. Equally, if you’re interested in standing yourself, please don’t hesitate to have a conversation with other members and ask them to nominate and second you. Taking part in this process is a wonderful way to support the Association and ensure it continues to reflect the interests of its members.
