The arrangements have been finalised for the Ashford District Meeting at St Matthews, Warehorne (TN26 2LL) on 19th July and are as follows:
Ringing from 3.30 – 5.30pm
Bus. Meeting 5.30 – 6.00pm
BBQ from 6.00pm onwards at the Woolpack Inn
No need to book for the BBQ.
3 Steam traction engines (hopefully) will be parked at the Woolpack Pub during the day.
The Gardens at Church House will be open during the afternoon by kind permission of John Doyle.
