On 8th January 2014, a peal was rung at Gillingham to commemorate the centenary of the first peal by an all Armed Forces band, Plain Bob Major, rung at Gillingham on January 8th 1914. More details and photos can be found on the KCACR website here.

A rather interesting ring of bells today – the ‘tuneful’ 8 at Ullenhall in Warwickshire.
