Rest In Peace: Geoff Morad
Geoff learned to ring as a teenager at Cliffe and he was a member of the Association for about 40 years. He introduced many youngsters to ringing through his involvement with the Scouts and he also taught bell handling skills during his tenure as Tower Captain at All Saint’s Frindsbury. In recent years he had to stop ringing for health reasons but he remained involved with ringing and still enjoyed running ringing practices at All Saint’s and attending practices at St Margaret’s Rochester.
Geoff’s funeral will take place at 12pm on Friday 20th February at All Saints Frindsbury, followed by Thamesview crematorium, and a wake with refreshments in All Saints parish hall. The Frindsbury ringers will be glad to welcome any ringer who is attending the service to join us for open ringing in the half hour before the service.
