I am very sorry to say that, following the latest news from the Government this evening that they are implementing Plan B rules over concerns about the new Omicron coronavirus variant, we have decided that it would not be sensible to go ahead with the Carol service this coming Saturday.
Although we could actually continue within the current rules, we felt it would just be irresponsible to do so given that it is not essential, and we want to ensure we protect everyone as much as possible in the run up to Christmas.
Apologies if you were planning to attend and looking forward to it as I was, but I hope you understand.
