Just a reminder that we have our Annual District Meeting coming up on Saturday 12th October at Marden. Ringing on the recently rehung bells from 10am to 12pm followed by the ADM, and then if anyone would like a bite to eat The Unicorn pub is just up the road.
As always, there are District Committee posts that need to be filled. We still don’t have a District Chair/Master, the Youth Coordinator is (I believe) still keen to step down this year and the 120 Club Coordinator is in a similar position. Other posts such as Secretary, Ringing Master etc. are all open for people to put their names forward for – please have a think as to whether you or someone you know might be willing to help keep the District going. As Secretary I only have limited time available to do much apart from organise the monthly practices and meetings – if you want more from the District, help is needed!
