- District Outing: this month is our District Outing, being held on Saturday 29th June in the Tonbridge area. If you would like to join us, please let us know, so we have a rough gauge of numbers (thanks to those who already have done so). The itinerary of towers is:
- Edenbridge 10:00 – 10:45
- Hever 11:00 – 11:45
- Lunch (own arrangements)
- Cowden 14:00 – 14:45
- Speldhurst 15:15 – 16:00.
- KCACR EGM: A KCACR EGM is being held at Quex park at 12:00 on the 22nd June (after the 8-Bell Striking Competition). This is to amend the Bell Restoration Fund Rules. Full details can be seen on the KCACR website: KCACR EGM
- KCACR 8 Bell Striking Competition: This is being held at Quex park on the 22nd June, for which the Ashford District is entering a team. For more information, including the open towers, see: KCACR 8-Bell Striking Competition and EGM
- KCACR Rule Changes: At end of this section are links to documents relating to proposed Association rule changes, for consultation. The consultation period will end at 23:59 on Sunday 14th July 2024. Comments should be sent directly or indirectly to KCACR Chair Neil Jones at , with email subject line ‘Rules Review’. - Belfry Maintenance Training: Would you be interested in attending a training day run by the Association Bell Restoration Officer to learn more about bell maintenance? If so, Brian Butcher (also our District Chairman!) would love to hear from you. Please send expressions of interest to Brian at and if enough people are interested he will look to get something arranged in the near future.
