Announcements:

  • May District Meeting: This will be at Frittenden [TN17 2DD] on Saturday 18th May. There will be ringing from 10:00 – 12:00.
  • June District Outing: Our outing is planned for Saturday the 29th of June. This will be in the Tonbridge District. Whilst we put together a list of towers, it would be useful to get a gauge of numbers, therefore please let us know if you would like to join us on the outing.
  • Handbooks: These will be available to collect at Frittenden
  • Minutes from the March ADM:The draft minutes are here, for adoption in July.
  • Belfry Maintenance Training: Would you be interested in attending a training day run by the Association Bell Restoration Officer to learn more about bell maintenance?  If so, Brian Butcher (also our District Chairman!) would love to hear from you. Please send expressions of interest to Brian at and if enough people are interested he will look to get something arranged in the near future.

  • Saturday 22nd June: 8 Bell Striking Competition at Quex Park
  • Saturday 29th June: Outing to Tonbridge District.  4 Towers have been contacted for this. 
  • Saturday 20th July: Meeting at Wittersham, ringing 10:00-12:00 with a business meeting after. 
  • Saturday 21st September: Meeting at Newchurch, ringing 10:00-12:00 only.
  • Saturday 19th October:District ADM at Ashford TBC
  • Saturday 16th November: Meeting at Charing, ringing 10:00-12:00 only.

Tuesday

Ashford 19:50 – 21:00 (Usually preceded by a pre-practice quarter peal)

Wittersham 19:30 – 21:00 (Please contact before attending)

Wednesday

Cheriton & Dover joint practice 3rd Wednesday 7:30-9:00  Location TBC

Thursday

Willesborough 19:30-21:00 (every first & third Thursday) 

Pluckley

Friday

Brabourne 14:30 – 16:00

Saturday

Folkestone: 1st Saturday of the month 10:30 – 12:00
