Lewisham District 120 Club

First established in 2005 by Rachel Backhouse, the 120 Club continues to be the district’s main fund raiser for the Kent BRF (Bell Restoration Fund). You can join at any time but the draw’s run from April to March.

There are 10 draws during the year. Shares are £10 and each draw has four prizes – £20, £10, £10, and £5, with double the number of prizes in July and December. All profits currently go to the Kent County Bell Restoration Fund.

You do not have to be a Kent member or even a ringer to purchase shares, but shares cannot be sold to anyone under 16. Application forms may be downloaded as either word document or pdf together with a copy of the Rules and Conditions.

Share numbers will be allocated sequentially. If you wish to have particular numbers, please indicate this when you apply. However, preferred numbers cannot be guaranteed.

They can be emailed to Liz Morris and payment made by Bank Transfer (Lewisham District 120 Club, Sort code 20-06-72, Account No 73064662, Ref: Your name). Alternatively, application forms can be posted to her in bulk from Towers, together with payment (Please ensure you put the correct postage on the envelope). Prizes will now preferably be paid by bank transfer to reduce costs too.

The draws normally take place at district events but occasionally will take place at a tower practice night. The 10 draws take place once a month except for August and February.
