We’re less than 2 weeks away from our Annual District Meeting, and less than 3 weeks away from our District Outing to Surrey!

Please find below the itinerary for the District Outing. I have so far had very few people let me know that they are attending – if you would like to come, please let me know ASAP so that I can add you to the list & then contact you again when lunch menu choices are required soon. It would be a shame for this to have to be cancelled due to lack of interest – it’s a fun day out with ringing & a pub lunch, what’s not to like!?!? Ringers from other Districts are very welcome to join us!

Draft agenda is below for the ADM being held at Leeds on 8th October. Timings as follows:3-5pm – Ringing
5pm – Meeting
5.30pm approx. – Pub
Further ringing later if there is interest
Minutes from the last quarterly meeting and any officers’ reports I get in advance will be circulated ahead of the meeting. At the moment we still don’t have a Master for the District, so please consider whether you might be interested in taking on this role or know someone who might. Regardless of whether the current officers are willing to stand again or not, all roles are open for nominations if anyone is interested in playing a more active part in the activities of the District.
