Some parking information for those attending the Rochester Annual District Meeting in Shorne, on Saturday 21st October from 3:30 pm:
There is on street parking in Shorne that is all less than a 5 minute walk from the church: park on the street or in Manor Drive, Court Lodge, Swillers Lane, Warren View or any other of the side roads. There one disabled bay outside the church and a small amount of space on church lane, although that it is usually occupied by residents at the weekend (try it if walking is a problem!). Thereafter the Rose and Crown’s car park, provided that the intent is to go in and give custom afterwards, or the village hall, as long as there is no event on (which they don’t think there is).
