The Rochester District will be holding a district practice followed by the Annual District Meeting on Saturday the 19th of October 2024 from 3 pm. This year the venue is St John the Baptist, Tunstall, ME9 8DU.
The agenda, minutes of the previous meeting and documents about KCACR rule changes will be emailed to your tower contact. Please bring your own printed copy if you want one as only a few will be printed! More digital copies are available on request. Please could you let the district secretary have any apologies, corrections, additions, names of proposed new members, etc.
We will be promoting our Christmas Social event and selling tickets so, if you prefer to use cash, please bring some along!
