“The handbooks for the Rochester District were collected at the County Committee Meeting held at Leeds on Saturday 28th July. Tim Wraight, Margaret Funnell and myself are arranging distribution of the handbooks and, as usual, we are very grateful to the network of ringers who assist with this.”
