An ART M1 Training Course (teaching bell-handling) will be held at Staplehurst on Saturday 9th December 2023. Details are on the ART Events Website at ART Events – Upcoming events (bellringing.org)
There currently remain 8 places available, so please book soon to avoid disappointment. KCACR will pick up the £25 tutoring fee per KCACR member. Soup and sandwich lunch is available at £5 per head on the day.
Even if you have been teaching others to ring for years, there’s always something new to learn or refresh your technique by attending such a course. Don’t worry about not being able to find a mentor, I will endeavour to assist you with this later.
I am also working on a learner teaching hub project where M1 trained teachers can get together with their learners and help one another to gain confidence and share expertise. I’ve held one such hub already and everyone benefits. From the new beginner through to more experienced teachers passing on their skills for the common good in a relaxed environment, benefits all.
