You are invited to Hawkhurst for the ADM on 5th October. The ringing will start at 10am and continue till 11.30ish when there will be refreshments available to propel us into the meeting at midday. Handbells will also be available.
For many, meetings are not how you want to spend your Saturday mornings but the annual district one is important so it would be good to see you there. The Chairman of KCACR, Neil Jones, is to give an update on things relevant to our district. There will be short reports from one or two office holders on what they have been up to during the year. There will also be the first draw of the new 120 club season; you could win £40 this time and there may also be a bonus draw. A new committee will also need to be voted in to continue the smooth running of our district, so lots to turn up for.
All positions on the District Committee are available and up for election/re-election. Nominations to me, the acting district secretary, please.
