It’s hard to believe there are only a few weeks left of 2022 and thoughts are already turning to subscriptions and the handbook for 2023!
As everyone should be aware, subscriptions fall due on 1st January 2023 at which point all KCACR members need to either pay their annual subscription or, if they are in a non-paying category, just renew their membership for the coming year. Since the introduction of the online Membership Database a couple of years ago, the number of members using this system to pay their subs and renew their membership has reached nearly 1,000 which is fantastic.
As a reminder, the process should be:
- 1st January 2023 – all active members with an email address in the Membership Database will get an email from the system notifying them that subscriptions and renewals are due
- Members then login to their membership record (https://membership.kcacr.org.uk/login), check their personal details are up-to-date and then renew their membership (either by paying the required subscription or just confirming they are still active)
- An email confirmation will be sent when membership has been renewed
