The 2017 KCACR Handbook is now available to buy, either in hard copy or as a digital copy (PDF) from here. The price is £4, plus an SAE is required if it’s a hard copy.
The County AGM is being hosted by the Tonbridge District this year, on 17th April based at Cranbrook. A brochure has been prepared by the Tonbridge District which provides all the information you will need including open towers, how to book lunch and more. This is available to download here. The bells of St. Clement Danes on The Strand in London are a wonderful ring of 10 from Whitechapel, the tenor having to be recast in 1979 after it was rung after a chiming hammer had been fiddled with and major damage was caused. Here we have the back 8 Read more…

The ring of bells at Allesley has been improved by replacing several ancient bells. The 3rd and 4th bells were replaced with newly cast bells in 2011 and during 2016 the 6th bell was replaced by a bell from the redundant church of Holy Trinity, Bury, Gtr. Manchester. Enjoy! Note: Read more…
