On 18th May, ringers from around the district met at Seal Chart to compete in the call changes and method striking competitions. Some of you will be saddened to learn of the death of Janet Croughton (formerly Stannard), wife of Godfrey. She passed away at home, in Kemsing, on 16th April, aged 83. Her funeral service was at Barrow, Suffolk, on 10th May, and she was laid to rest with her first Read more…

Please note that if you are looking for ringing practice next week, when many towers are silent, Sevenoaks will be holding their usual practice from 8pm on Monday 15th April. Any questions, please contact Isabel Pearce or Phil Jones.
The Quarterly District Meeting takes place at Chevening tomorrow, Saturday 6th April. Ringing is scheduled from around 3.45pm, with tea and the business meeting from around 5.30pm. Further ringing will run through to 8pm, when the Meeting will conclude with Compline.

There will be no practice at Edenbridge tonight, Tuesday 12th March. Please feel free to join us on another Tuesday evening!
The March draw for the Tonbridge District 120 Club was made at the Plain Hunt Training Session at Speldhurst on Saturday. The winning numbers were: 1st Prize (£20) No. 71 (Speldhurst) 2nd Prize (£15) No. 26 (Brenchley) 3rd Prize (£10) No. 67 (Sevenoaks) Congratulations to the winners!
