- Full details of the AGM day and lunch booking process are on the website at https://kcacr.org.uk/association/agm/
- Five Central Council Representatives and nominations for General Committee posts are required for election at the AGM on 13th April 2020. Contact the General Secretary for details or nomination form –
- An Association Librarian is urgently needed to replace Hazel Basford who will be standing down at the AGM. A passionate interest in ringing history is needed. Digitising the archive was recommended.
- The following documents were adopted and uploaded to kcacr.org.uk
- 120 Club Guidelines.
- Expenses Policy (small amendments).
- Association 6-bell competition Rules – to include provision for Call Change bands.
- Two more ART training courses, Tower Leadership and Rope Splicing sessions will be organised during 2020. Details from Training Officer David Grimwood
- More feedback is required through District Representatives on the idea of alternating District Meeting dates to free more Saturdays for training or other ringing events.

- Kent Young Ringers will take part in the SEECON Striking Competition at Writtle on 4th
- Volunteer testers are needed to trial new online subscription renewals process for 2021. Contact Doug Davis on
- Website Document Library to be upgraded and renamed “Resources”.
- Mobile Ring Trailer sold to David Cawley to progress the project as a private venture.
- An Independent Examiner has inspected KCACR Accounts.
- BRF Grant application from Tonbridge was considered. Further dialogue and fund-raising were needed to enable progress.
- BRF Grant application from West Farleigh was considered. £500 was agreed with a recommendation that the Maidstone District held a fund-raising event towards this project.
- Volunteers needed to promote the benefits amongst members and to develop the paperwork required for Charitable Status application. New email address for feedback
