The arrangements for the May District Practice are as follows:

Everyone is encouraged to attend, and as usual there will be opportunities to ring irrespective of your ability, from rounds and call-changes to more advanced methods.
Two sons of William Wilberforce, both of whom were vicars of East Farleigh, are buried in St Mary’s churchyard. William Wilberforce himself spent some time at The Old Rectory shortly before he died.
Note – the District Practice on 9th June 2018 will not be hosted by Bearsted.
