Following some damage to the tower where some flint has fallen, the surveyor who is dealing with it has advised there should not be any ringing until it has been repaired. Although the work is urgent, it is unlikely to start before the New Year and is likely to take at least four weeks. As such all ringing at Bexley is suspended until further notice.
