Following on from the District Chairman (Margaret) being told at a County Committee meeting that work was being planned at Bobbing, I got in touch with Chris Trafford to see what was happening.
Chris has said that they are proposing to have the bells rehung and the 5th recast as it is cracked, but at the moment it is just a proposal and it is yet to be heard or agreed by the PCC. There is a PCC meeting in May that Chris will be attending where this will be discussed and he will hopefully find out if they can go ahead.
