The funeral service – a requiem Mass – for our late Vice-President, Revd Stanley M Evans (KCACR 1944-2019), will be held at St Saviour’s, Westgate-on-Sea on Thursday 16th January 2020 at 1.30 pm. Stanley will be remembered as Vicar of St Saviour’s for nearly 30 years, and it was in his time that the bells of Holy Cross Church Canterbury were transferred to Westgate-on-Sea (6, 9 1/2 cwt).
