Doug Snoswell, KCACR Public Relations Office, has contacted me to make a request via this website with regards to any ringing taking place for the Olympics.
If you or your tower are planning to ring for the Olympics, either as part of a wider event (‘All the Bells’ for example) or just locally and would like to get some publicity organised e.g. media attendance, TV crew, then let Doug know what you’re up to and he will help. Doug already has a number of contacts he can use to make this type of thing happen, and all publicity for ringing is welcomed at a time when we’re struggling to recruit new ringers and retain those we have.
