The County AGM this year will be on Easter Monday 6th April and will be based at Marden. As usual the day will comprise a service, lunch and the Annual General Meeting itself. A variety of towers within the Maidstone District will be open on three routes leading towards Marden in the morning and back to neighbouring Districts in the early evening.

Service
The service will take place at St Michael and All Angels, Marden TN12 9HP starting at 12noon, and will be preceded by ringing by an invited band from 11.30am. There will however be open ringing from 11 – 11.30am.

Lunch
Lunch will be at the Marden Memorial Hall, Goudhurst Road, Marden TN12 9JX commencing at 1pm, and the cost will be £10 per head for a 3-course meal followed by tea and coffee. Due to the limited space at the Memorial Hall advance booking is essential and places will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. A licensed bar will be available serving real ale together with wine and soft drinks. Places may be booked in one of the following ways:

Please note that to save on costs no tickets will be issued but names will be checked against a list at the door. The closing date for booking lunch is 22nd March.

Annual General Meeting
All KCACR members are welcome to attend the AGM at 2.30pm at Marden Memorial Hall. Marden bells will be available after the meeting if required and other towers will be open on three routes leading out of the District.

Parking
Parking at the Hall is limited and should only be used by those of limited mobility. There is a free public car park behind the Library, High Street TN12 9DP just east of the church, about 5 minutes’ walk from the Hall.

Tower List
A list of towers open during the day will be posted on the Maidstone District Website at: www.kcacr-maidstone-district.org.uk or can be obtained from Sue Bassett at the address above (please enclose SAE.). Those applying online for lunch and those postal applicants enclosing SAE will automatically receive a tower list with their acknowledgement.
