The next Ashford District meeting will take place on Saturday 16th October at Wittersham (St John the Baptist Church, The St, Wittersham, Tenterden TN30 7EA, UK). This will be the Annual District Meeting.
General ringing will take place from 10.30 am until noon during which tea, coffee and biscuits will be available. At 12.15pm the business meeting will take place in the church. After the business meeting refreshments will be taken at a local pub, hopefully the Ferry at Stone. If you wish to have lunch at the pub then email Maureen () by Weds 13th to book a place and a block booking will be arranged.
At the Annual District Meeting the election of the district officers for 2021-2022 will take place. Maureen will not be seeking re-election as District Secretary as she is leaving Kent for Worthing sometime in the next few months. If anyone would like to take on the role of Ashford District Secretary then please contact Maureen prior to the meeting to express your interest in the post.
