- Membership Database being upgraded
- Change to Subscriptions – No more new Life Members as from AGM on 22nd April 2019. New Sub rates of £15 for all members aged 18 to 80 with effect from 1st January 2020 (including those previously getting free membership as being members for 25 year-plus).
- Kent Mobile Ring – meetings being held to progress this and obtain clear project plan
- Safeguarding courses being held in Canterbury Diocese in May and September, David Grimwood to be contacted for details (ringers from Rochester Diocese may also attend).
- ART Courses – David Grimwood to be contacted for details
- Personal Accident Insurance Policy has been renewed on same basis as last year
- Public Liability Insurance Policy has been taken out with Ecclesiastical
- Bookstall to be wound down. More details to follow.
