Sadly we have to tell you that Peter Saddleton died at home early on Monday 18th April. He had been unwell for the last year and particularly poorly since the summer. His funeral service and burial will take place on Friday 6th May 2016 at 3pm at St. Michael’s Church, Read more…

Jan Paramor, wife of John (former Tower Captain at St. Laurence in Thanet) sadly passed away on 31st August 2015. Her funeral is being held at St. Laurence on Friday 18th September at 1pm, with open ringing both before and after the service. All are welcome, and there will be Read more…
Eileen Palin, ringer at Ospringe and Faversham, passed away on 16 March, at the age of 86. She had been a KCACR member since 1946. The funeral was at Ospringe on Thursday 2 April at 12.15pm.

At the March 2014 bye meeting at Ospringe the District received the sad news that ringing has ceased at St Peter’s due to the tower having become unsafe.
