Please see below a link a report on the Ringing Survey carried out within the Association in November of last year.
The response to this survey was excellent, and I would like to thank everyone that engaged with this process, not only completing the documentation as requested, but also writing short reports on how things are going at your towers.
As you read, it will become apparent that some of the conclusions are not what we would necessarily hope for, however, I believe that we have the right people in the Association to bring about the change that is needed to safeguard the future of ringing in Kent. Reading through the individual responses and seeing evidence of excellent training as well as passionate letters written by Tower Captains who are keen to do more is testament to this.
Please do take the time to read this report and discuss it with fellow ringers, if you have any thoughts on how we can effect change in recruitment and retention please do discuss this with your District Officers.
