The Rochester District is holding a district practice and quarterly meeting at Cobham on Saturday the 19th October from 10:30 am to noon.
The ringing room has good ventilation and the church will be open so those not ringing will be able to wait downstairs.
Coffee and biscuits will be available.
Please be advised that there are planned road closures:
The Street (main road through village) in Cobham will be closed for 9 days from 12th February, between Battle Street and the primary school for roadworks, which includes the bit where the church is. It isn’t clear whether it will be possible to access the car park behind the school or the car park at the meadow rooms, which is just to the east of Battle Street. There will be road closed and diversion signs in place, but it will still be possible to drive into the village for access and ringers might need to park further away than usual if the car parks are not in use.
