The Annual District Meeting is due to take place on Saturday 12th October at Christ Church, Erith. It’s the usual format of 3.30 ringing, 4.30 service followed by afternoon tea, the meeting and ringing afterwards.
Please send names for tea to Natalie at as soon as possible and any apologies for absence or details of new members to be elected, to me ( ) or Philippa.
It’s also that time of year when I need to be arranging venues for the 2020 meetings due to be held on 11th January, 28th March, 11th July and 10th October. Please have a think about when you last hosted a District meeting and if it’s been a while and you can host one of these dates, get in touch as I would much rather have offers than have to approach towers individually.
