Marden Bells have recently been tuned, and rehung by Nicholson Engineering of Bridport.
Ringers are welcome to stay for the service at 7:30pm and there will be refreshments in the church afterwards.
Alternatively, located just up the road from the church is Marden Village Club. Recently crowned CAMRA ‘National Club of the Year’ for the second year running, the club has been a huge support in the fundraising efforts for the restoration of the bells. So much so that we have marked our appreciation by updating our ropes to match the colours of the club’s emblem. Take it from us – it’s the perfect spot for a post-ringing drink!
