I regret to announce the sudden death of Melvyn Hiller on 18 October in Dorset. Melvyn was a former Maidstone District Secretary who rang at Maidstone All Saints in the 1970’s. He was responsible for arranging many Quarter Peals and Peals together with Sue Smith and Tim Wylie. Sue Smith, who lives in Dorset, will represent the Maidstone District at his funeral.
