The AGM will be hosted by the Ashford District at St Mildred, Church Road, Tenterden TN30 6AT, and details of the day – including the service at 12 noon, parking and ringing routes – are detailed in the brochure, also available on the AGM page.

A reminder: nominations for roles on the General Committee
Nominations can be made via a simple online form; alternatively please download the nomination form and send it to the General Secretary. Make sure nominations are submitted by the deadline (Sunday, 29 March, 23:59).
To provide more transparency on the roles of officers of the Association, and thereby encourage more members to consider getting involved in the running of the Association, we’ve published role descriptions for the majority of roles on the KCACR General Committee. These can now be viewed here.
You are very welcome to nominate a fellow member whom you think would be a good fit for a committee role. Equally, if you’re interested in standing yourself, please don’t hesitate to have a conversation with other members and ask them to nominate and second you. Taking part in this process is a wonderful way to support the Association and ensure it continues to reflect the interests of its members.
